How to find material in the Freedom Forum Library catalog:

Subject headings are assigned to each book based upon its content. The following terms are suggested for use in locating items by or about Hispanics or Latinos in the Freedom Forum Library catalog:

To find items that discuss multiple minority races or ethnic groups, use Minorit*

To find items about specific Latin American groups, use the adjective form of the country name with American* after it. For example, Mexican American*.

For the broadest search, enter "hispanic/latino" in the keyword field.

Remember to always us the asterisk (*) in order to locate the greatest number of results. For example, using News* would locate all items with the terms Newsmen, Newspaper, etc.
