The Zora Neale Hurston Plays at the Library of Congress
Zora Neale Hurston deposited the scripts of ten plays with the United States Copyright Office in order to protect their copyrights and to place copies in trust with the government. They were transferred to the Library of Congress in the late 1980s. Images of the original scripts are now available electronically.
